Diagnose Early appoints new CEO and Chief Product Officer

Diagnose Early is delighted to welcome two highly-experienced senior executives to our leadership team.

Menlo Park, CA, November 21, 2023. Diagnose Early Inc. announced the appointment of Richard Kho as Chief Executive Officer and Karim Damji as Chief Product Officer. Richard has a long track record of driving growth in healthcare and technology companies, with a focus on delivering improved patient outcomes. Karim is an industry leader who brings over a decade of product management, technology and marketing experience in the digital health space.

Richard holds a PhD in toxicology and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business. He is a serving board member of Sentinel Node Oncology Foundation. Before joining Diagnose Early, he was COO & a member of the Board for Iterative Health. Prior to that he was Chief Commercial Officer of Picnic Health and Chief Revenue Officer at Komodo Health.

Karim has a degree in Applied Maths and Computer Science from San Jose State University. He began his career at Cisco. He went on to founding roles in several companies, starting with Founding Head of Product at Vocera Communications. Since then, his career has increasingly focused on life sciences and health data. Recent highlights include product and marketing leadership roles at Saama, Verana Health and Model N. Karim is also an active startup advisor, investor and an acknowledged expert in the application of AI to healthcare.
